MATCH REPORT FORMS
In order to assist with the entry of information on Full-Time clubs are requested, where possible, to email Match Report Forms and Club Reports on Match Referees to the following email addresses:
Zone A forms should be sent to minnie3705-registrations@yahoo.co.uk
Zone B forms should be sent to roger.guard@ntlworld.com
However, as clubs are aware under League Rule 11 (A)(i) the nominated Registration Secretary must receive within two days (excluding Sundays) of the date played, the result of each Competition match in the prescribed manner. Clubs in default will be fined £10.00.
